Rescue Operations
Street animals face challenges every day. In order to survive, they need to scavenge for food and protect themselves from accidents and various diseases. Unfortunately, they don’t have the means to do so.
Our rescue efforts start once an animal in distress is reported to us. We either go to the location of the animal or request the reporter to bring the animal to us. Once the animal reaches the shelter, our veterinarian evaluates it, starts primary treatment and takes a call on whether the animal needs to be admitted or can be taken care of by the reporter.
If the animal is admitted, we take care of them in terms of treatment, nutrition and shelter till the time they are ready to go back on the streets.
